Hi, I’m Glen aka the kbsix.
I have been training for nearly 20 years, using all sorts of equipment, although I have mastered the kettlebell and since 2019 I have not been to a gym with any consistency. Instead I train from home, with kettlebells and my bodyweight.
At 36 years old, I'm not only stronger than I have ever been, but my mobility and fitness levels are higher than ever. All after cancelling my gym memberships.
What has become clear is that kettlebells are the most misused piece of equipment. From strength training, to cardio and even juggling, the humble kettlebell can do it all.
