If you are unsatisfied with the course I will give you a 100% refund within 30 days of your purchase!

What do I need for the course?
All you need is 1 kettlebell (more will be better as you'll have some variety). Typically this should be a 12 - 16kg bell for men and an 8 - 12kg bell for women.
You may also find a mat (yoga mat) useful as well as some liquid chalk.
What experience do I need?
None, I will teach you everything you need to know for this course.
Will kettlebells hurt me?
No, the kettlebell has no vendetta against you or your goals. Good form keeps you safe and as a result I place a huge emphasis on using the correct form at all times.
How long until I see results?
This will vary from person to person and will also go hand in hand with whether or not you are following a nutrition plan, sleeping 7 - 9 hours a night and doing active recovery. These will optimise your results.
