Well done for getting past the first stage of learning how to use your kettlebell.

You can swing, clean, squat and press... now you've got a sturdy foundation, let build a temple on it!

Building on the techniques you have been learning as a beginner is the first step to gaining mastery over the kettlebell. Things may feel a little strange at first, but by rewatching the skill videos, you'll be training with confidence in no time.

In this phase of your training we will cover the snatch, turkish get ups and split stance swings.

Turkish get ups might just be the single best exercise you've ever done and within a few reps it's going to feel natural... I promise!

It's not too late ...


You've made a great start and committed to your kettlebell, so why wait, get the rest of the course now and save! Once you have every level you'll be able to jump back and forth between levels to attempt other workouts at tougher weights! You have no idea just how scalable these workout really can be.
