Are you even a beginner?
You may feel like you've got the skills to skip this level. However, after a decade of training with kettlebells, I still find ways to improve fundamental movements like my swing, clean, squat and press.
You're never too good to be humbled by the basics!
Without having this stage under your belt, you will undermine the progress you want from the levels to come.
You can't build a skyscraper on an unstable base!
You're never done learning
Whether you are starting here or revisiting the 'Beginner' level, you're never done with the lessons taught here. In fact I think this is by far the most important level. The exercises in this stage of the course are the ones that I personally use more than any other to build more muscle, burn more fat and complete more of my training.
The other exercises might be exciting and fun, but this is the bread and butter of kettlebell training!
So once you're done with this level don't forget to revisit these workouts with heavier kettlebells. This level is the most scalable!
